Job Summary

As the Corporate Access Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating high-quality corporate access activities, managing institutional investor engagements, and supporting transaction flow across equity and fixed income markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver corporate access activities including investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and site visits

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and corporate stakeholders

• Support equity and fixed income transaction activities through strategic investor engagement

• Collaborate with internal research, trading, and product teams to deliver market intelligence and client solutions

• Ensure effective CRM management and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum of 3–10 years’ experience in corporate access, institutional relationship management, or capital markets

• Strong understanding of Nigerian equities and fixed income markets

• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder and investor relationships effectively
