Job Summary

As the Field Retention Agent, you will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned Building Material Retail Outlets (BMROs), conducting field verification activities, and ensuring customer retention and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners and managers

• Verify outlet records, stock levels, deliveries, sales, and operational activities to ensure accuracy

• Capture and submit accurate field reports and evidence using the company’s mobile application

• Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of operational issues affecting outlet performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field operations, field verification, relationship management, FMCG distribution, or a similar field-based role

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports

• Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for field reporting

• Must possess a reliable means of transportation and good knowledge of the assigned territory

• Experience in cement, building materials, retail distribution, or related industries is an added advantage
